The EIC Scaling Club Council, a diverse group overseeing the Club's operations and strategic goals, is welcoming three exceptional new members:

The Mecaware team, based in France, is building a new industry in Europe – recycling battery waste to mine it for its strategic metals, including lithium, nickel, manganese, and cobalt.

San Sebastian-based Multiverse Computing, a global innovator in quantum-inspired AI model compression, today announces a €189 million investment round to further develop their CompactifAI – a compression tech capable of reducing LLMs by up to 95%.
Aerones lands $62 million to fuel global expansion of AI and robotic-enabled solutions for wind turbine maintenance
Aerones (Latvia), world’s leading provider of robotic inspection, maintenance, and AI-driven solutions for wind turbines, announced it has secured $62 million (approximately €53.7 million) in capital in a significantly oversubscribed financing round. This substantial investment will accelerate its global expansion and further propel its cutting-edge technology development.
EnduroSat secures €43 million to accelerate endurance Gen3 satellite production
Bulgaria-based EnduroSat announced the closure of a €43 million investment round led by Founders Fund. This significant funding round also included participation from CEECAT Capital, Morphosis Capital and other returning investors, highlighting the strong confidence in EnduroSat’s vision and capabilities.
A new €21 million funding package for Quobly's Q100T quantum technology project
Quobly, a pioneer in quantum microelectronics, announced a €21 million financing package. This structuring contribution made up of €15 million in Bpifrance grant via France 2030, and €6 million in Quobly’s shareholder equity, will accelerate the industrial production phase of the first quantum chip on silicon with 100 physical qubits.
Aortyx secures €13.8 million to bring life-saving vascular patch to humans
Aortyx, the Barcelona-based medtech scaleup and member of our Cardiovascular Therapies market group, has raised a €13.8 million Series A funding round led by Ship2B Ventures and Clave Capital. The funding will be used to reach the milestone of first-in-human testing, bringing their product – a bioresorbable patch that treats aortic tears – closer to market.
Three EIC Scaling Club companies put forward for investments under the EIC STEP Scale Up scheme
The STEP (Strategic Technologies for Europe Platform) scaleup scheme will allow three EIC Scaling Club companies to gain access to funding of between €10-30 million each. The scaleups are Multiverse Computing (Spain), Hyimpulse Technologies (Germany), and Dronamics (Bulgaria/Ireland).
